Washington, D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray declared today, April 21, 2011, Bully Free DC Day. This day was implemented to bring awareness to the residents of the city about bullying and the serious impact it can have on the community.Students, educators, and community members gathered today to show their support of the D.C.
