The
NEW Positive Image: Teaching about Abstinence, Contraception and Sexual
Health
This teaching manual by Peggy Brick and colleagues is targeted toward
high school and college students. The manual’s twenty-seven lessons
focus on helping young people learn about decision making, risk assessment,
relationship building and development of positive sexual health skills.

This document from the American Nurses Association provides guidelines
for establishing an HIV program, including specific interventions
to be taken by school nurses to ensure adequate HIV services for the

the financial responsibility, hectic schedule and “surprises”
