AIDS
Education Global Information provides the latest news
on HIV/AIDS. The site includes a library of on-line HIV/AIDS related
journals and contains important information for those who have recently
tested positive.
Journal of the American Medical Association
contains an updated list of FDA approved drugs for HIV infection and
AIDS related conditions and provides unlimited access to the National
Library of Medicine’s AIDS databases.
Journal of the American Medical Association Adolescent Health
On-Line provides Guidelines for Adolescent Preventative
Services (GAPS) and adolescent health links.
National Health Information Center is a referral
service which includes a health information resource database and
Healthy People 2000 publications.
Francois-Xavier
Bagnoud Foundation and Association contains information
on international pediatric HIV care and training, health and human
rights and Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Houses for children with HIV/AIDS.
The CDC National Center for HIV, STD and TB Prevention (NCHSTP)
provides comprehensive information related to HIV, sexually transmitted
diseases and tuberculosis, including funding, training, software,
publications, conferences and links to other sites.
Sexuality
Information and Education Council of the United States (SIECUS)
provides information about SIECUS programs and publications including
SHOP TALK, bibliographies and fact sheets.
AIDS
Daily Summaries, a service of the CDC’s National AIDS
Clearinghouse, provides abstracts of HIV/AIDS related articles from
publications across the nation.
AIDS Now! For Teens contains a short, five-question
quiz on HIV/AIDS that offers links to different resource sites with
the answers to each question. The site also provides teacher information.
