Help
for Uninsured Children Could Be Just a Call Away
Every
child deserves the opportunity to participate
and excel inside and outside the classroom. Sadly,
sometimes illnesses and the cost of physical exams
can get in their way. Affordable health care for
check ups, sick and emergency care can give children
a better chance at success.
Parents
in our community work hard to provide the best
for their children. Sometimes, the burden of bills
and living expenses prevent parents from doing
all that they would like. Fortunately,
when it comes to tending to our children’s
health, there is help for many families –
affordable health care coverage that can provide
access to doctors whom children (newborns to 19-year-olds)
can see regularly. Many children, even some with
two working parents, are eligible. These programs
offer tremendous benefits that allow families
to provide even more for their children, including
immunizations to protect from deadly diseases,
check-ups and emergency care. To learn if your
