sbw2

Maureen Adams has been the Principal of Waterloo Elementary School in Waterloo, Wisconsin, for 11 years.  She taught Middle School in Fall River and Rio, Wisconsin for 10 years before moving into administration.  She has several degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is beginning an ESL course of study at Edgewood College in Madison.  In her free time, she loves spending quality time with her family hiking, fishing, reading, and cooking.  In her job, she loves seeing kids get really excited about something new they are learning.  “I especially love it when students realize that they have the tools to continue learning as much as they want to about some subject.  We have students who have been absolutely “turned on” to the world through geography studies.  They get going and start making wonderful connections in their thinking and reasoning.  It is such an amazing thing to witness!”
