The newest team member, Allie works to support HIN’s portfolio of programs, including Breakfast in the Classroom; she is also the main voice behind our social media accounts.
Prior to joining NEA HIN in April 2015, Allie worked as a communications specialist for Lions Clubs International in Oak Brook, Illinois. Part of her job there focused on promoting programs for social and emotional learning in schools, as well as vision screenings and measles vaccinations for children around the world. Allie received her Master of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2011. She also attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Journalism.
Allie likes to spend her free time reading, hiking with her husband and dog, catching up on good television shows, and traveling to fun and unique places.
