Classroom-based IAQ Resources, Curricula and Tools
Many school employees are aware of the need for good indoor air quality (IAQ) in schools. There are numerous training opportunities for adults on IAQ issues and how to prevent or resolve them. IAQ management plans usually involve school employees, parents, and the administration. But an important ally is often overlookedthe student.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has resources, curricula, and learning tools associated with IAQ or the IAQ Tools for Schools Kit. This information can be found at http://www.epa.gov/iaq/schools/curricula.html and http://www.epa.gov/teachers.
